Villages of Winding Creek Clubhouse Rental Information
The Villages of Winding Creek Clubhouse is an ideal venue for parties, events, meetings, and classes. You can rent this space for $100 per day, with a $250 refundable deposit for potential damage or excessive cleaning. Here are the steps to rent the clubhouse:

Click the “request to book” button and find your desired date on the live calendar and fill out the required information. If the date is already taken, it'll tell you there are no available times. All rental fees will be added to your ledger with Towne Properties and can be paid the same way you pay your HOA fees.

Upon receiving a rental confirmation email, your booking is confirmed.

The day before your rental, you’ll receive an email or text with the key box code. Retrieve the key-fob from the box located in front of the clubhouse entry doors.

Access the clubhouse starting at 12:01 am on the day of your event. Return the key-fob to the box by 11:30 pm the same day to avoid deposit deductions.
