Community HOA Updates
VWC,
We need to address a few topics with the community.
1. We are still having issues with muskrats in some of the ponds. We ask you not to disturb any of the traps that have been set.
2. We have several ponds where the fountains are not operating. Parts are on order for most of them.

3. Pool
1. The hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
2. Glass items are strictly prohibited in the pool area. We are still finding glass bottles in our trash cans reported by Dayton pool company.

3. The board is aware that people are breaking into the pool area to swim after hours. As all of you know, we have a camera system that not only looks at all the gates, but the pool area. This system is on 24 hours. The consequence for people choosing to enter the pool area after our normal hours of operation is a fine and immediate loss of amenities using the fob system.

4. VWC Communication.

a. The elected board is always available for any homeowners to ask questions. We ask you either utilize the VWC website or contact Towne Properties.
i. https://www.villagesofwindingcreek.com/
ii. Towne Properties (937-222-2550) ask for Leslie Backus

b. Using the neighbor Facebook page to ask formal HOA questions is not the correct vehicle of communication.

5. Community Irrigation – Many parts of the system are up and running. We are working with our vendor to complete repairs in the non-working areas.

6. Floodlights at the entrance ways have been fixed.

7. Streetlight - How do I report a broken/malfunctioning streetlight? Each streetlight pole has a 5-digit number on it. Write down the number and contact Miami Valley Lighting at 1-888-316-2393 OR you can submit the info online at: https://www.lightingsimplified.com/report-outage

8. Broken mailbox info - Contact https://imperialmailboxsystems.com
Thank you,
